International Deliveries

Countries outside of the UK will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.

DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. If this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

We are unable to advise on the costs of this and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

UK VAT

UK VAT will be charged on orders delivered to countries within the United Kingdom, with the exception of the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey). Local taxes apply to orders shipped to other destinations within the EU.

Australia and New Zealand are exempt from paying UK VAT.

Once you have entered your delivery address and proceeded to checkout, VAT will be deducted from the total cost of your order.
